European giant in the retail segment, KINGFISHER focuses its activities on the construction materials market. The company had the challenge of seeing with transparency the inventory and sale information throughout the different operations distributed in Europe. At the same time, they needed historical data to perform predictive calculations and improve the sales strategy.
Along with the SAP DNA team, Agile created a dashboard with all consolidated information and an analytical-predictive view. This replaced the previously used process, which was quite laborious and with many divergences in relation to the reports structure of each operation. The project result was the construction of an application, using the web intelligence technology, through a mobile platform (iPad), which consolidated the 3 operations.
