1. Employee Health – Mind & Body

In Brazil, Agile developed the project “Mind & Body – Time to take care” and created the Agile Team, the Agile running team. All the participants, with the initiative T-shirt, meet to make physical activities in Praia da Barra, Rio de Janeiro. The project is being expanded to São Paulo and other subsidiaries of the company.

2. Logistic, Transport & Environment – Rightshore

The “Rightshore” project has the principle of an effective combination of in site and remote consultants. We generate shared value when we qualify local workers and reduce logistics and transportation costs.

3. Training – INNOVATEC

Agile offers the training to newly graduated students of systems and computing engineering courses. The INNOVATEC course is focused on technology and follows a virtual and/or classroom methodology that supports the continuous learning. When qualified, the professionals work in the support, and those who distinguish have the chance to move to Brazil and follow the career.

Another academic excellence program comprises the training of students who attend the last year of college. This has allowed identifying new talents and preparing young people for the professional practice. Agile, with the intention of constantly improving its co-workers, encourages and assists them financially to make external courses. This way, they become qualified to overcome skills and add value to the company activities.
